Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting of project-related financial transactions.
- Verify and process contractor and vendor invoices.
- Handle RA Bills, advances, retention money, and final settlements.
- Maintain and monitor CWIP accounting and capitalization activities.
- Ensure accurate allocation of costs as per WBS and cost centers.
- Perform vendor, contractor, ledger, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare project expenditure reports and accounting schedules.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, and finance teams.
- Support statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure timely transaction processing through SAP S/4HANA
