ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to manage day-to-day treasury operations, regulatory compliance, cash flow planning, and audit support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bank credit facilities, forex/loan documentation, and cashflow reporting in a manufacturing or export-oriented enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Treasury Management

Prepare documentation for fresh loan disbursements and closure of loans (PCFC, PCINR, WCDL, CC)

– Negotiate and coordinate with bankers for loan interest rates and forex rates

– Reconcile loan accounts between bank books and company books on a regular basis

– Perform online verification of bank transactions and confirm inward remittances as well as collect NOC on need basis.

– Online Loan request as well as Loan closure document submission.

- Reporting & Compliance





– Prepare weekly Cash Flow Statement (estimation) every Monday

– Submit Fund Utilisation Statement for weekly reporting

– Share monthly stock statements with bankers

– Ensure compliance with all loan covenants with zero tolerance for non-compliance

– Prepare Month-on-Month loan and finance cost details, Quarterly UFCE report

- Audit Support

– Provide required details to Statutory and Internal Auditors for queries related to treasury activities

- GR Waivers & Reconciliation

– Apply for fresh GR Waivers, perform reconciliation, and close GR Waivers

- Banking & Others

– Visit banks as required to discuss loans, EDPMS cases, and BOE closures
