What will you do

- Collect and analyze field performance data to track quality metrics and drive reliability improvements
- Assign and monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and enhance field performance
- Build structured feedback loops using customer care insights and service hub data
- Partner with Engineering-to-Order, Line of Business, and Services teams on quality planning and execution
