Screening Criteria - Must Have

- 5-7 years in the outsourcing industry (IT, ITeS, BPO) in financial management areas
- Direct invoice validation / invoice management experience against contractual terms
- Working knowledge of outsourcing pricing models (FTE, transaction, fixed-fee, outcome-based)
- Advanced Excel - formulas, functions, and financial modelling
- Team-handling / supervisory experience

Nice to Have

- ARC/RRC and consumption-based commercial model experience
- MBA / CA / CMA qualification
- Contract management or accounts payable exposure
- Power BI or similar reporting tools; VMO / governance environment experience

Professional Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in the outsourcing industry (IT, ITeS, BPO) working in financial management areas

- Experience in contract management and accounts payable an added advantage

Skills & Capabilities

- Excellent knowledge of Excel - formulas, functions, and financial modelling; reporting/BI tools (Power BI) an advantage
- Robust understanding of outsourcing pricing models - FTE-based, transaction-based, fixed-fee, and outcome-based
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting financial findings to senior client stakeholders
- Client management skills and the ability to keep commitments and meet deadlines
