Role & responsibilities

The Supplier Relationship Manager operates within the Group Supply

Management function to optimise, govern, and enhance the performance

of key suppliers across the digital & technology domain. This role focuses

on providing analytical insights into supplier performance, conducting

routine contract due diligence, and maintaining robust risk and

compliance oversight. The role ensures supplier engagements deliver

contractually required outcomes, are governed by structured processes,

and align with strategic priorities while driving measurable performance

improvement and operational resilience.

Preferred candidate profile

Overall, 8 - 10 years of experience and expertise in supplier

relationship management, procurement, commercial operations and

similar roles

Organised and productive in managing multiple suppliers and ensuring

quality standards

Ability to operate in complex, highly regulated, or large

organisational environments

Degree in business, supply chain, or commercial management.

Professional certifications like CIPS or CPSM are advantageous.
