Role & responsibilities

- Assist in developing project schedules and monitoring overall project progress.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and escalate risks proactively.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely submission and approval of technical documents.
- Prepare technical reports, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), project correspondence, and other project documentation.
- Support engineering design activities and maintain document control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and delivery milestones.




- Assist in technical bid evaluations and coordinate with vendors during the procurement process.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely submission of engineering documents and material deliveries.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing and Fabrication teams to monitor production progress and resolve execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) requirements throughout project execution.
- Support site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain effective communication with customers by providing regular project updates, reports, and resolving project-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
