Elevate is currently searching for an experienced Program Manager to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives and a talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day project activities and coordination of teams, management of project plan, project schedule, issue resolution and communication of project status.

We need a qualified who can:

- Develop, implement, and maintain high-level program initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
- Strategize to optimize productivity and ensure program success from inception to completion.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Record project time accurately and maintain organized project documents.
- Collaborate with other program managers to identify potential risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment,



and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Essential experience and skills

- 8+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Must have a very good understanding of legal practice, with very good understanding of one or more legal functional areas like legal work processes, contract management, legal spend management, matter management, eDiscovery and a demonstrated ability to work on legal product implementations.
- Experience with multiple SaaS platforms and implementation across multiple lines of business.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum, with prior experience working as a Scrum Master preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, report problems effectively, and troubleshoot to develop solutions.
- Experience working in a global team, collaborating effectively with clear communication.
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
