- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention rates.
- Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, direct channel sales, or direct sales.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Robust understanding of life insurance products and services offered by the company.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
