Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager US Accounting

Location: India (US based Commercial Real Estate company), Bangalore - Indira Nagar

About the Role

Looking for a detail-oriented and fundamentally strong finance professional to manage the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for its US entities.

The role requires close collaboration with both the India and US finance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting for US entities, including General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and month-end close, payables and receivables.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate/resolution of accounting variances.

Support statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting in coordination with external advisors.

Ensure accurate and timely payables, receivables and collection including coordination with tenants wherever applicable.

Work closely with the US finance team on reporting requirements, accounting issues, and process improvements.

Coordinate with US team, colleagues in India and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Review and supervise AP, AR, Cash Management accounting, Bank Reconciliation, and intercompany transactions.

Maintain strong internal controls, accounting documentation, and SOPs.





Participate in finance automation and transformation, automation, and ERP improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Com, CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA or MBA (Finance) with strong accounting knowledge or CA Inter.

4–10 years of relevant accounting experience (designation will depend on experience).

Hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.

Good understanding of US GAAP is a plus but not a must, and strong fundamentals in accounting, hands on individuals with good attitude to learn, progress and adapt.

Experience working with multinational organizations or global finance teams is a plus.

Solid analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across India and the US.

Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, or similar) and advanced Excel.
