- Responsible for all EHS activities.
- Operation & maintenance of ETP, RO, MEE & STP.
- Hazardous Waste, E-waste, Bio-Medical Waste Management.
- Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities like GPCB, CPCB, MoEF, SEIAA, SEAC, CGWA, DISH,PESO, Prohibition & Excise, gidc, Notified Area and local bodies like BEIL, RSPL, CETP, SIA etc.
- Documentation related to EC, CTE, CTO and other EHS statutory requirements.
- Preparation & submission of annual/bi-annual returns like Environmental Statement, Hazardous waste returns, Battery returns, E-waste returns, Environmental audit report, EC compliance report etc.
- EHS Weekly Report, Monthly MIS Report, EHS Score Card and EHSS ORM PPT.
- Promotional & awareness activities related to EHS and people engagement.
- Conduct EHS committee meeting, Management review meeting,



BMW meeting etc.
- EHS trainings to employees.
- Advisory role to Management regarding compliance of various EHS related statutory requirements.
- Accident/incident/near miss reporting & investigation, CAPA, Unsafe acts/conditions.
- Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Gap Analysis for recent molecules & facilities.
- EHS audits, Walk through surveys, Safety talks.
- Emergency preparedness.
- Proposing & operating EHS annual budget. Monitoring of financial performance of department.
- MR for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- ESG and BRSR activities.
