# Job Title: HR Manager

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our cement manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.

* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

* Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.

* Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

* Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

* Manage performance appraisal and performance improvement processes.

* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

* Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

* Maintain HR MIS, reports, and documentation.





* Support manpower planning and succession planning.

* Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies when required.

* Promote a positive work culture and maintain healthy industrial relations.

## Required Qualifications

* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

* 1215 years of HR experience, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, Industrial Relations, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances.

* Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

## Compensation
