Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of expertise in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms and possess a robust understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and maintain daily recruitment reports, including submissions,



interviews, offers, and closures.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization and visa types, including H-1B, L1, L2, Green Card (Permanent Resident), US Citizen, EAD, and other employment categories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management abilities.

Shift Timings

- Regular Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST)
- Daylight Saving Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (IST)
