Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for managing the Group's Shared Finance Services across multiple international entities.
- Oversee end-to-end shared service operations covering
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Treasury Support
- Financial Controls
- Continuous Improvement, and Shared Services team leadership

Preferred candidate profile

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Professional qualification or part qualification such as CA or ACCA (preferred).
- Robust experience in finance shared services within a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on expertise in P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, Financial Controls, and Accounting Operations.
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead teams across multiple entities and geographies.
- Exposure to Lean principles, Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore Location
