Working As a US Recruiter , You Will

- Bench Consultant Marketing: Proactively identify and market bench consultants to suitable opportunities across IT technologies.
- Vendor and Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent job opportunities.
- Requirement Analysis: Analyze client job requirements to match consultant skills accurately.
- Negotiations: Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with employment policies,



including W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Job Portals and Networking: Utilize platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other professional networks for candidate marketing.
- Follow-up and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of submissions, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure streamlined operations.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
