- Responsible for ensuring sales growth, meeting targets and taking the dealership to newer heights.
- Needs to be an automobile enthusiast with umpteen amount of knowledge on new cars latest features, competition comparison and ways of marketing such features.
- Developing current and effective strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Developing an effective team, with right recruitment and proper training and effective monitoring.
- Coming up with new initiatives to drive sales growth and lead the team from the front.
- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
- Building relationships with old and existing customers.
- IN charge and responsible for all end to end sales operations in the dealership.
- Executing new & effective sales strategies to tap potential markets especially rural villages & all untapped areas.
