Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement organizational structures, capabilities, and competencies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and deliver OD interventions such as training programs, coaching sessions, and workshops to enhance employee performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for talent transformation initiatives.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of OD interventions and make recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in organization development or a related field.
- Robust understanding of organization design principles, including structure, culture, and processes.
- Proven track record in developing effective capability building plans and implementing successful change management initiatives.
