We are looking for a Compliance Asst Manager to oversee end-to-end labor law compliance across our plants and warehouses. You will manage statutory compliances under various labor enactments, handle applicability assessments for labor licenses, ensure timely submissions, and coordinate with vendors for accurate compliance delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance Management PF, ESIC, PT & LWF

- Ensure 100% compliance with Provident Fund, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund across all locations.
- Manage employee registration, monthly challan generation, quarterly/annual returns.
- Stay updated on threshold changes, rate revisions, and state-specific amendments.

Labor License Applicability & Management

- Assess license applicability for each plant and warehouse based on business requirements and state laws.:

- Maintain a centralized tracker with expiry dates, renewal timelines, and responsible owners.
- Liaise with government departments for license applications, renewals, and inspections.

Vendor Compliance Coordination

- Communicate with contractors, manpower agencies, and service vendors for timely submission of statutory returns and documents.
- Maintain a vendor compliance dashboard for management reporting.

Inspections & Audits

- Ensure inspection readiness for labor department, factory inspector, ESIC, PF, and pollution control visits.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for compliance reviews.

Advisory & Training

- Advise operations and HR teams on labor law applicability for new locations or activities.
- Conduct training sessions on compliance requirements for plant and warehouse teams.
