- Manage inward and outward movement of materials, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO/5S principles where applicable.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, consumption, and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, finance, security, warehouse and logistics teams.
- Identify and implement improvements in store operations.
