Manager Global Mobility & Immigration 8+ Years – Gurugram

Are you an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration professional with expertise in managing international assignments, business visas, work permits, and employee relocations? We are looking for a highly skilled Manager – Global Mobility to lead end-to-end global mobility and immigration operations while ensuring seamless employee experience, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities –

- Manage end-to-end global mobility and immigration processes including business visas, work permits, dependent visas, visa renewals, permanent residency applications, employee relocations, and international assignments.
- Ensure compliance with global immigration regulations across multiple geographies including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and APAC.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, immigration counsel, relocation vendors, and government authorities to facilitate smooth employee mobility.
- Manage immigration case documentation, compliance tracking, reporting, audits, and governance activities.
- Advise employees and stakeholders on immigration requirements, work authorization, and mobility policies.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies within the global mobility function.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track immigration cases, mobility metrics, processing timelines, compliance, and program effectiveness.




- Support implementation and optimization of Global Mobility platforms and systems to enhance employee experience and operational governance.
- Handle multiple high-volume immigration cases while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Requirements –

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline with 8–12 years of overall experience, including 6+ years in Global Mobility & Immigration.
- Strong experience managing business visas, work permits, international assignments, employee relocations, and immigration compliance.
- Hands-on knowledge of global immigration regulations and mobility practices across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Philippines, and other international locations.
- Experience working with immigration law firms, relocation partners, and external mobility vendors.
- Strong understanding of work authorization, visa processing, compliance management, and cross-border workforce mobility.
- Experience in reporting, analytics, compliance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to mobility management platforms or tracking systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a global environment.
