Role & responsibilities
Digitization Projects
- Lead initiatives to automate and digitize R&D; processes.
- Implement tools like SAP RISE QM, e-Lab notebooks, and AI-based solutions.
Business Partnering
- Work closely with R&D; leaders to understand pain points and suggest digital solutions.
- Be the go-to person for IT needs in R&D; and Quality.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all digital projects meet regulatory and audit standards.
Project Management
- Align projects with companys digital roadmap.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
Innovation & Analytics
- Promote AI for tasks like document summarization, protocol generation, and NLP-based queries
Preferred candidate profile
8+ years in IT, with exposure to R&D; or Quality systems.
