As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-focused individuals to join our HR team in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Identify hiring needs and coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
¢ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
¢ Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.
¢ Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation of hiring records.




¢ Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current hires.
¢ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
¢ Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
¢ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Competencies
¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
¢ Ability to assess candidates and match them with job requirements.
¢ Strong coordination and organizational skills.
¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
¢ Proficiency in MS Office; experience with job portals and HR tools is a plus.
¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidate Profile
¢ Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
¢ candidates with up to 3 years of experience in recruitment can apply.
¢ Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
