Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Prepare and implement the Social Management Plan (SMP) in accordance with project requirements.
2. Liaise with local communities, government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation.
3. Establish and monitor the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and social safeguard policies of the Client and funding agencies (if any).
5. Coordinate with environmental, health & safety, and construction teams to ensure effective implementation of social commitments.
6. Perform any other social safeguard-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Title Operational Health and Safety (OHS) Manager





Key Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Develop, implement, and monitor the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Management Plan for the project.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure secure execution of construction activities.
3. Ensure compliance with labour welfare provisions and applicable occupational health regulations.
4. Liaise with client representatives, statutory authorities, and external auditors on health and safety matters.
5. Perform any other health and safety responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.
