The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all manufacturing operations to ensure the productive production of high-quality electronic components. This role focuses on achieving production targets, improving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage manufacturing and production operations to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.

- Lead production, supply chain, planning, technical, and warehouse teams.

- Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

- Oversee production, testing, assembly, workflow, and material flow activities.

- Manage procurement, supplier coordination,



and inventory control to ensure material availability.

- Ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, customer standards, and process requirements.

- Drive quality improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.

- Resolve operational issues through cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

- Lead and develop production teams to improve performance and productivity.

- Monitor operational performance and prepare management reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
