Role Overview
The Store Manager will own the complete day-to-day management of the store, the team, the client experience, and the numbers. She will be the face of GAIA on the shop floor: leading a team of associates and stylists, driving sales and clienteling, managing designer coordination and inventory, and upholding the luxury service standards the brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Own store sales targets; track and drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance against KPIs (conversion, average bill value, sell-through).
-Prepare and present sales, inventory, and financial reports to management; manage store budgets and expenses responsibly.
-Deliver personalised luxury shopping experience for every walk-in and appointment.




- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clientsand drive repeat business and referrals.
-Resolve customer complaints, professionally and with complete ownership.
-Lead the store team; set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage rosters, grooming standards, floor discipline, and service protocols.
- Oversee end-to-end store operations: opening/closing, billing and cash management, housekeeping, and security.
- Manage inventory, stock receipt, tagging, audits, shrinkage control, and timely replenishment.
- Direct visual merchandising and window displays in line with collections, seasons, and brand aesthetics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, billing and GST discipline, and all applicable legal and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail; multi-designer store or Indian designer- wear experience is a must.
Robust knowledge of Indian designers, ethnic and occasion wear, fabrics, silhouettes
Proven track record of leading store teams and achieving sales targets.
Complete command over floor management, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory, and service standards.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; polished grooming and presentation befitting a luxury environment.
Confident, warm, and customer-obsessed, with experience handling clientele.
Proficiency in POS/billing systems, MS Excel, and basic sales reporting.
