This role is for an optical shop within a multi speciality eye hospital
- Manage retail optical sales performance by achieving targets, increasing customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Counselling for proper frames and lenses as per need of customer
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.
- Develop solid relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge to drive repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for optical sales and dispensing practices.
