Technical Execution: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring all work is executed strictly according to approved structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Measurements & Billing Support: Take accurate daily joint measurements on-site and assist in preparing M-Book entries in compliance with Engineers India Limited (EIL) standards.

Quality & Material Control: Conduct routine QA/QC checks on incoming materials and workmanship. Monitor daily material consumption to minimize wastage.

Workforce Supervision: Direct sub-contractors, foremen, and general labor to ensure daily productivity targets are met safely and efficiently.

Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and immediately flag any technical discrepancies or site bottlenecks to the Site Incharge.





Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in civil construction site execution.
- Familiarity with taking site measurements, M-Book recording, and QA/QC documentation (experience with EIL standards is a strong plus).
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced site setting.
