Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Administrator to oversee and coordinate factory operations, including production, dispatch, packaging, logistics, and overall administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Tea Industry and possess strong operational and team management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in factory administration or factory operations.
- Prior experience in the Tea Industry will be highly preferred.
- Robust exposure to production, dispatch, packaging, logistics, and factory administration.
- Excellent leadership, coordination,



and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day factory administration and operations.
- Coordinate production, dispatch, packaging, and logistics activities.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Monitor inventory, warehouse, and material movement.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain operational records and prepare MIS reports.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
