Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:1. Shift Operations & Floor Management [1]

- Oversee the floor during peak hours, ensuring order accuracy, short lead times, and seamless customer service.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Address and resolve customer queries, feedback, or complaints promptly on the spot.

2. Team Leadership & Scheduling

- Create and manage daily duty rosters, breaks, and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Train, motivate, and onboard current crew members (cashiers, line cooks, and food preparation staff).
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily targets, upselling goals, and promotional campaigns.

3. Food Safety & Hygiene Compliance

- Enforce strict FSSAI and company-standard safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.




- Ensure regular temperature logging of refrigerators, walk-ins, and hot holding units.
- Conduct routine line-checks to verify the quality and freshness of ingredients before and during service.

4. Inventory & Cash Management

- Conduct opening and closing inventory audits, tracking wastage and spoilage.
- Coordinate with the central commissary or supply chain team to place raw material orders.
- Reconcile daily cash registers, manage safe drops, and generate shift-end sales reports for management.
