Roles and Responsibility

- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Collaborate with Axis Bank sellers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the bancassurance industry.

- Strong understanding of the financial services sector and insurance products.





- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software applications.
