Senior Manager Position Team Handling :- Jodhpur location

- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency channel for general insurance/motor products.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market presence.

- Foster solid relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, partners, and internal teams to drive business opportunities.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas of improvement in product offerings and service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Any general insurance, Motor insurance , banking sales ,Life insurance sales any sales exp candidate

Team Handling Exp :- 2- 5 Year
