Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in US region hiring, blue-collar hiring, and large-scale recruitment delivery. This role requires hands-on experience in setting up Contact Center hiring operations, RPO environments, and GCC recruitment frameworks, along with solid client and vendor management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end hiring for US region roles with a focus on high-volume and blue-collar requirements.

- Set up and manage TA processes for Contact Centers, RPO, and GCC environments.





- Partner with clients, manage escalations, and ensure timely delivery of hiring targets.

- Manage recruitment vendors, governance, SLAs, and performance metrics.

- Track hiring performance, generate reports, and drive process improvements.
