Position Title : Assistant Manager Information Technology Role

Summary

Responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure, including OAice 365 (Microsoft 365) services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems, networks, and collaboration platforms. The role also includes compliance support, IT service delivery, and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

- 8-12+ years in IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Experience in handling enterprise environments
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2)

Technical Skills

- Windows Server Administration
- VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization
- Firewall Management (SonicWall preferred)
- Active Directory & GPO




- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Patch management tools (Manage engine, SCCM, Intune)
- Cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, OVH)
- OAice 365 / Microsoft 365 Administration

Soft Skills

- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in critical environments
- Leadership and team coordination Key Deliverables / KPIs
