Title: Campaign Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Create, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Build and manage email, push notification, in-app messaging, SMS, and other multi-channel campaigns.
- Configure and maintain reusable templates and modular content systems for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and analytics teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.
- Ensure campaigns are tested, validated, and launched accurately within defined timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
- Leverage AI-driven marketing best practices to enhance personalization, content optimization, and campaign efficiency.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure high-quality execution.
- Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and process guidelines.

Required Skills Experience
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, preferably Braze.
- Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns using templates and modular content systems.




- Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Familiarity with campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and campaign template customization.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and audience management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Braze is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a robust advantage.
- Knowledge of AI best practices for marketing automation, personalization, and campaign optimization is a major plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance reporting.
- Exposure to marketing analytics and customer engagement strategies.
