- Target achievement as assigned region wise, product wise
- Ensure growth as per set objectives by the organization

- Identify the factors related to market, customer, competition, brand performance and contribution
- Develop relationship with key customer and ensure effective service and satisfaction
- Key Stockist management inventory and outstanding
- Recruitment, induction, training and development of the team
- Regular joint work with the team
