Role & responsibilities

the execution of large-scale cement/ Paint / ceramics plant projects, including greenfield, brownfield, plant expansion, modernization, and capacity enhancement initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile BE/BTECH (Mech) with

- 1520 years of experience in mechanical project execution within the cement industry./paint industry/ ceramics
- Minimum 5 years in a Senior Project Manager or Project Lead role.
- Experience in greenfield and brownfield plant projects.
- Exposure to international EPC/MNC environments is preferred.
- Experience managing projects valued at 200 Crore or above (or equivalent international projects) is highly desirable.
