We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Team Leader for our Finance BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in finance processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (R2R). Candidates with team handling, mentoring, or SME experience who are ready to take on a Team Leader role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 1015 associates.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and SLA/KPI performance.
- Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Resolve client and process-related escalations within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Train, mentor,



and develop team members to improve performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills

- 24 years of experience in a Finance BPO.
- Team handling, SME, or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
