Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced State Head Operations (FMCG) to lead and manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations across South India.
Required Skills
- Handle FMCG supply chain operations with high-volume dispatch and inventory control.
- Oversee warehouse operations, manpower planning, and vendor management
- Ensure on-time deliveries, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
- Monitor and drive KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Experience in managing large warehouse facilities (1 lakh+ sq. ft.)
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and operational KPIs.
