Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, customer service, and sales targets are met.
- Oversee supply chain management, including procurement, storage, and distribution of goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase loyalty, and drive business growth through effective communication with customers.
- Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry as Senior Executive or equivalent role.
- Robust understanding of Inventory Management (IM) principles for controlling inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Excellent Customer Experience Management skills for building strong relationships with customers and driving repeat business.
- Proven Operations Management abilities for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
