Were seeking people to join at an Associate and Director in our Capital Credit DQC team within Finance Division.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources.

FSS Data Services DQC team within Finance is responsible for all the data quality controls - accuracy and completeness of data consumed for Regulatory, Internal and Management Reporting across Liquidity and Capital.

What you'll do in the role:

- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
- Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
- Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
- Interact regularly with the Heads of Regulatory Capital across the globe representing bank holding company, the Americas and EMEA regions and their teams
- Collaborate across multiple teams to support strategic initiatives and priorities of Regulatory Controllers such as process simplification, enhanced data monitoring and management tools
- Manage the Capital Data team to progress strategic initiatives and priorities defined by the Firm and Finance through project planning, execution and remediation
- Provide progress updates on strategic initiatives and priorities to senior management and stakeholders, tracking all pertinent action items and follow-ups associated with the Capital Data team
- Hold key stakeholders and owners accountable for delivery of strategic initiatives and priorities like Basel 3 End Game (B3EG,



Basel 4, FRTB etc).
- Build / Transform and Oversee Capital and Credit Risk Data quality controls within Finance Data Organization.
- Create and maintain data management tools including DQ metrics and data catalog for Capital Data
- Analyze data for the purposes of advancing the data quality agenda as needed
- Manage the drafting of senior management and regulatory materials
- Create effective presentations for senior management forums
- Add value and be productive in our high energy setting

What you'll bring to the role:

- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
- Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
- Interact regularly with the Heads of Regulatory Capital across the globe representing bank holding company, the Americas and EMEA regions and their teams
- Collaborate across multiple teams to support strategic initiatives and priorities of Regulatory Controllers such as process simplification, enhanced data monitoring and management tools
