Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are looking to build a successful career in the BPO/Customer Support industry, this is the perfect opportunity.

As the first point of contact for international customers, you will provide exceptional service, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related queries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions accurately in CRM/software systems.
- Follow company policies, quality standards,



and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
- Candidates with prior experience must have valid employment documents from previous organizations.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Work Schedule

- Rotational Shifts (5 working days)
- 2 Rotational Week-offs
