Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate client appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and ensure a smooth consultation and treatment experience.
- Welcome clients, understand their concerns, and provide personalized guidance throughout their aesthetic journey.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, advantages, pricing, timelines, and aftercare instructions after doctor consultations.
- Counsel clients effectively to improve treatment acceptance and convert consultations into bookings.
- Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, packages, skincare products, and maintenance plans through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain regular client follow-ups, build relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage client records, CRM updates, appointment schedules, and coordinate with doctors and clinic teams.
- Achieve sales and service targets while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with clinic standards.
