Job Description

We are hiring for an International US-Based Blended Process for the role of Operations Customer Expert (Blended INT). The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing prompt and accurate resolutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer experience. This is a 5-day working role with 2 rotational offs and rotational shifts. Pick-up and drop facilities are available for employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns via Chat and Call in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines, compliance standards, and process protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
