Role & responsibilities
- Receive materials from suppliers as per Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan.
- Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of received materials.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Incharge.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
- Issue materials only against approved Material Requisition Slip (MRS).
- Record all material issues accurately.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to site engineers and supervisors.
