Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assign and manage trouble tickets to field operations.

Coordinate with field manpower to ensure prompt fault resolution.

Alarms monitoring and configuration on different NMS systems

Co-ordinate with Client ,NOC and other project stakeholders for service issue updates and resolution follow-ups.

Oversee daily operational tasks related to enterprise service delivery along with Database Management

Ensure all assigned work complies with defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Provide support in troubleshooting and escalation of network faults

NOC shift engineer

Experience in Transport Operations, GPON & DWDM Network Operations.

Operation & Maintenance Optics Network, ECI Transport Equipment Maintenance





Primary L2 fault management skill for L2 and L3 Layer device (Switch, Router, Firewall)

Operations and troubleshooting of large-scale last mile ISP networks.

Coordination with technical and field teams for issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

**Education:** BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication or equivalent.

**Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience with the below skills in :

Solid interpersonal , communication and presentation skills.

Candidate should be ready to work into 24*7 Rotational shifts.
