About the Role

We are looking for highly creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven designers to join our Design & Production team. The ideal candidates should be capable of delivering high-quality visual communication across digital, print, events, presentations, and motion graphics while working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Senior Graphic Designers will lead design thinking, mentor junior designers, and handle complex communication assignments. Graphic Designers will support the team by producing high-quality creative assets with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Design integrated communication campaigns across digital and print platforms.

* Create engaging social media creatives, carousels, reels graphics, and campaign assets.

* Develop event branding, stage backdrops, exhibition graphics, signage, standees, and collateral.

* Design graphics and visual assets for videos, animations, and motion graphics.

* Create information graphics, diagrams, charts, reports, and visual storytelling content.

* Design professional presentations and pitch decks with strong information hierarchy.

* Ensure consistency across brand identities and visual systems.

* Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and high-quality print production.

* Work collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, video editors, and account managers.





* Deliver projects within tight timelines while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills

* Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

* Working knowledge of Figma and Canva.

* Basic understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro for creating graphics for videos.

* Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.

* Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

* Strong knowledge of both digital and print production processes.

* Ability to create clean, modern, and brand-consistent designs.

* Fast execution with accuracy and excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
