Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join Sova Healths creative team. In this role, you will edit and produce high-quality video content across performance marketing, social media, brand storytelling, and educational health communication channels. You will play a key role in bringing scripts and raw footage to life through sharp editing, motion graphics, and compelling visual narratives that engage consumers and drive action.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, hands-on experience editing performance marketing videos and social content, and the ability to deliver polished assets at pace. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and marketers to build impactful campaigns that strengthen Sova Healths position as Indias most trusted precision health platform.

Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for Meta ads, social media, performance marketing, podcasts, and brand campaigns.

- Create engaging reels, ads, founder videos, expert-led content, and educational health content.

- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and visual effects where required.

- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

- Collaborate with the content, design,



and marketing teams to deliver assets within timelines.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

- 2 4 years of video editing experience.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

- Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.

- Experience editing podcasts, interviews, and performance marketing videos is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Robust storytelling and visual communication skills.
