About the Team
The Admin team at Navi ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the organization, and focuses on enhancing workplace experience. They manage office services, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative tasks to support stakeholders in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and
well-maintained workplace setting.
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, and cafeteria operations to ensure high service standards and
uninterrupted employee support.
- Ensure availability of pantry supplies, office consumables, and employee amenities at all times.
- Monitor food quality, meal availability, hygiene standards, and overall cafeteria experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and smooth facility
operations while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee administration-related queries and provide
timely resolution.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, audits, and walkarounds to identify and address operational
gaps proactively.
- Manage operational documentation, checklists, trackers, MIS reports, and maintain records in
shared repositories.
- Ensure adherence to the annual operations calendar, including periodic activities and preventive
maintenance schedules.
- Oversee periodic activities such as carpet shampooing, plant audits and replacements, deep
cleaning, pest control, and workplace upkeep initiatives.
- Plan,
coordinate, and provide on-site support for meetings, events, leadership visits, and
employee engagement activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless workplace and employee experience.
- Process vendor invoices, track budgets, and maintain operational reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on employee experience, operational
excellence, and workplace standards.
Must Haves
45 years of experience in Corporate Administration, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM),
Hospitality Operations, or Workplace Services.
- Graduate in any discipline; Hotel Management (BHM) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry, and facility operations.
- Experience managing office spaces of at least 3–4 lakh sq. ft.
- Experience in vendor management, stakeholder management, and SLA governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in conducting facility audits and compliance checks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all
levels.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
