The Role : The International Operations Specialist will take end-to-end ownership of the international B2B order journey. This role bridges the gap between international clients, logistics, and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution, accurate data management, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end international B2B orders.
- Track shipments from order placement to delivery.
- Resolve international customer queries via email and calls.
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate order data.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Tech, and vendors.
- Prepare operational reports using Advanced Excel.
- Draft professional emails for international clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

- Experience in B2B/B2C operations, logistics, or order management.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management).
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Order Management Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong email drafting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
