Role Responsibilities

- Oversee daily FB operations at unit level to ensure service excellence, hygiene compliance, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and guide the team scheduling, training, and performance coaching to maintain high service standards and motivate front-line staff.
- Manage inventory control, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and wastage reduction.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and implement service recovery protocols to drive repeat visits and positive reviews.
