Job Summary
The Interior Design Resource is responsible for enhancing the aesthetic appeal, functionality, and
overall ambiance of the organization's facilities. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and
implementing interior improvement initiatives while maintaining brand standards, cleanliness,
and a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The position works closely
with the Housekeeping, Administration, Maintenance, and Procurement teams to ensure all
spaces are visually appealing, well-maintained, and aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess existing interiors and recommend aesthetic improvements for office and common
areas.
• Develop concepts for dcor, color schemes, furniture layout, artwork, lighting, and
accessories.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure interiors remain clean, organized, and
visually appealing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the appearance of reception areas, Paitent rooms,
workstations, cafeterias, washrooms, and other common spaces.
• Select and recommend suitable furniture, furnishings, plants, dcor items, signage, and
decorative accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, installation, and maintenance of
interior d©cor elements.
• Ensure all interior enhancements comply with safety, accessibility, and organizational
guidelines.
• Conduct periodic inspections and prepare reports on the condition of interiors and
recommend improvement plans.

• Plan seasonal decorations and support organizational events with appropriate d©cor
arrangements.




• Monitor the condition of furniture, fixtures, curtains, carpets, wall finishes, and
decorative elements, and coordinate timely repairs or replacements.
• Maintain records of design projects, vendor quotations, budgets, and completed work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in aesthetics across all
facilities.
• Recommend cost-effective and sustainable design solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Certification in Interior Design is an added advantage.
Experience
• 25 years of experience in interior design, workplace aesthetics, facility management,
hospitality, or corporate office interiors.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing interior improvement projects is
preferred.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
• Knowledge of colors, materials, furniture, lighting, and d©cor.
• Valuable visualization and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Budget management and vendor management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
